Men's Wallet
Description:
This wool pettipoint wallet is decorated with a multicolored flame stitch or zig zag pattern. It is trimmed in green cotton binding tape at the edge. This wallet was carried by John Bancroft during the Revolutionary War, and was made by his wife. In this wallet Bancroft may have carried money, letters or other pieces of paper.
